FFmpeg install

Download from the developer's [Download].
Select and download [previous release version: 6.1.1]'s essentials_build.zip of release builds.
Unzip the downloaded zip file to a suitable location.
Place (copy) ffmpeg.exe in the unzipped bin folder to the same location as the PhotoTools executable file (exe file), or pass the path so that it can be used from any other folder.
