VideoFps

Change the video frame rate (FPS value).

You need to install FFmpeg.
If ffmpeg is not found, the error "Error: The system cannot find the file specified" occurs.

Start VideoFps.exe.
Drop a video (MP4 file) and specify the frame rate (FPS value).
[Save], Set the new file name and [Save]. the video is saved with the specified frame rate (FPS value).
- The progress is displayed while saving and can be stopped by clicking [Save Stop].
