Photo2Video

Create a video from a photo.

You need to install FFmpeg.
If ffmpeg is not found, the error "Error: The system cannot find the file specified" occurs.

Start Photo2Video.exe.
Drop a photo (image file) and specify the video length (in seconds) and frame rate (FPS value).
- The image size (width and height) must be a multiple 4. If it is not a multiple of 4, the message "Image size is not a multiple 4" will be displayed.
- You can also grab a image from the clipboard.
[Save], Set the new file name and [Save]. the video is saved with the specified length (in seconds) and frame rate (FPS value).
- The progress is displayed while saving and can be stopped by clicking [Save Stop].
